A consultation, first
Every new guest begins with a complimentary consultation. Bespoke color and bridal are quoted there — shaped to your length, density, and hair's history, never guessed from a screen.
A deposit reserves your seat
Color, extensions, and bridal reservations are secured with a deposit that applies in full to your service.
A gracious cancellation
Plans shift. We ask only for 48 hours to move or release your appointment, so another guest may take the chair.
Between visits
Sulfate-free at home, a bond treatment monthly, and a gloss refresh around week six keep dimensional color luminous.
